Tip: Do not round you lower back. If you find this a issue, use a bench to sit on then stand up.
Press Up:
Works: Chest and triceps
Tip: If to hard, bend your knees or press from the floor.
Pull ups:
Works: Latissimus Dorsi and Bicep
Tip: If to hard do a Lat pull down instead.
