At Premfitness, our mission when working with you is to ensure that you reach your desired targets on time. We are a results driven company and take pride in making changes happen. We want to make sure that the process is one that is fun, supportive and provides a relationship in which you will learn more about yourself and your capabilities.

 

Every client is guided through a series of tests, analysis and training pattern devised by our trainers. The process is designed to allow us to completely understand you and assess your ability and potential.

 

Your initial consultation will allow us to gain a clear picture of your previous experiences, successes and failures. We will gain an understanding of the ways in which your body has previously performed and look for areas of past and current programmes that may have been the “missing link” in achieving your desired goal. You will be physically challenged during this session using tests such as:

 

  • Body Weight

  • Body Fat Composition

  • Blood Pressure Analysis

  • BMI

  • Sub-Maximal Cardiovascular Analysis (to establish heart and lung fitness)

  • Lung Function Analysis Strength Analysis - maximum strength and strength endurance

  • Flexibility – measurement of 'Range of Motion' around joints and muscles

 

Once this information has been gathered, Your Trainer will work with you on developing a series of goals for the short and long term. This process of analysis and goal setting is vital to attaining success and is a fundamental part of how we work with you as your Personal Trainer.
