These 10 foods, listed in no particular order, are staples in my daily diet for many reasons. Here’s why:

 

1. Blueberries

 

Blueberries are a powerhouse of nutrition, and I keep hearing so many great things about them!

• Their blue skin is a clear indicator of being rich in antioxidants.

• They are low in calories, anti-inflammatory, and help reduce blood pressure.

• Blueberries are packed with essential nutrients and taste amazing!

 

I enjoy them both fresh and frozen. Frozen blueberries have a satisfying crunch and make an excellent addition to cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, or protein shakes.
